I am Heather, an intuitive guide and creator who blends art, spirit, and identity work into offerings that help people remember who they truly are. My work channels energy into form- whether through transformative coaching or creations meant to awaken something ancient and true within you. Vestarra Creations is where intuition becomes art, and art becomes a doorway back to yourself.
My Story
Hi I am Heather and I am an intuitive life coach who helps others rediscover their passions, reclaim their power, and live more fully in the present so that they can live a life of ease, clarity, prosperity, and joy!
I have been channeling spirit my whole life and have the ability to see past the mundane lies we tell ourselves, straight to who a person's most healed self is capable of being (and all that comes with that). I am a true empath and lightworker who is here to cut through the BS to exact change and guide people back to their path in life. Sometimes my insights can be seen as cold and rude, but healing is not easy or always sugar coated. Spirit guides me in all things and helps my to bring clarity back to people's worlds.
As a child, I spoke openly and freely with my guides until I began school which cut me off from them for a time. In 2020, I was forced to face these realities that I had run away from for years.
My Beliefs
***My belief is that the human condition is multifaceted and two opposing truth can be the same for different individuals. Life is subjective and if you are looking through rose tinted glasses, the world is going to look different from a person with blue tinted glasses. Spirit needs both view points to make up All That Is and continue to expand.
***My belief is that ALL beings are worthy and here for a reason. EVERYONE has a life path to experience and we greatly over complicate it by thinking of it as a math problem.
***My belief is that time is an illusion; everything that is happening, is happening right here and now. We are cycling through different realities creating the illusion of time.
***My belief is that life is subjective. 2 individuals can see the same movie and experience or remember VASTLY different things. Life is what you make of it and your brain is a garden. If you're planting weeds, all you're going to see are weeds. BUT, some weeds (like the dandelion) are one of the most healing and beautiful plants of them all- in our society, however, we have been taught to view them as useless, ugly plants that are choking out our flowers.
***My belief is you should never under estimate the power of planting seeds. You cannot change another person but you can help plant little seeds of change in their heads. If they don't want to do the work to water the seeds, at least you tried.
***My belief is that nobody will change unless they truly want to change. Most people don't want to heal, they just want relief from the symptoms that have been causing them discomfort. Healing takes accountability. Accountability means seeing your own part within the traumas you have had in order to rewrite them. Most people are not ready for that.
